The hall is for rent only during off-season in autumn, winter and spring.

Important information for our guests

  • Check-in time – from 15.00. Check-out time –  tille 11.00. Late chek-out till 16:00 is additionally charged and is possible only if the room is not booked by other vacationers
  • Please, do not bring pets in the villa.
  • 30% advance payment of the total amount is required booking a room (the advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation).
  • The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival for the entire booked period of stay. The amount is non-refundable in case of shortening the period of stay.
  • Reservation is confirmed after the advance payment by bank transfer.
  • Advance reservations for summer vacation are accepted for at least a period of 7 nights, or at least 5 nights from Sunday to Friday.
  • Rental prices do not include Local municipality tax – 2 € per person per night.
  • Discounts are applied for regular customers and for a longer period stays.
  • We reserve the right to chcnge price or refuse to accommodate guests in case of changing conditions: more guests arrive than was agreed, bringing pets.
  • Quiet time Between 23:00 and 7:00.
